Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Orders: Custom kilts typically take around 2-3 weeks to craft, plus an additional 3-4 days for shipping. Most standard orders are delivered within 3-4 weeks from purchase.
  • Rush Orders: For faster service, we offer a Rush Order option. These orders are prioritized and shipped within 3-4 business days, with total delivery usually completed within 8-10 working days.

Please note: Occasionally, delays can happen due to fabric shortages or unforeseen events. We will keep you informed of any changes affecting your delivery schedule.


Changing Your Delivery Address

If you need to modify your shipping address, please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible before your order is dispatched so we can update the details.


Handling Damaged Packages

  • At Delivery: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify our support team immediately.
